About the event
As part of the "Action the Adventure - Women's Adventure Weekend" Beechworth Chain Gang Mountain Bike Club be running a no-drop* women's MTB ride leaving from the Old Beechworth Gaol, at 8am, back in time for coffee.
MTBA/ BCG membership is of course encouraged but there will have waivers available on the day for anyone who would like to come and try our local trails.

Donate to the fundraiser
In addition to highlighting accessible adventure options, we wanted our adventuring to contribute something to the well-being of marginalized women. This year funds raised will be donated to the Yoga For Freedom fundraising effort Sep 2-9. Via a few specialized events and opportunities to donate online or on the day we will support their important work (primarily in Nepal - a place of outdoor adventure) with women and girls who have experienced sex slavery, exploitation and abuse.
